Two-Bed DM Plant
Cation + Anion + Mixed Bed | FRP Vessels
High-purity de-mineralized water plants for industrial processes requiring water with extremely low dissolved solids.
Our DM (De-Mineralization) plants produce high-purity water by removing virtually all dissolved minerals and salts through a two-bed or mixed-bed ion exchange process. The water first passes through a strong acid cation exchanger (which removes cations like Ca, Mg, Na) and then through a strong base anion exchanger (which removes anions like Cl, SO4, HCO3). The result is water with conductivity as low as 1-5 microsiemens, suitable for boiler feed, laboratory use, and manufacturing processes that demand ultra-pure water.
Request QuotationTwo-bed systems for general use; mixed-bed polishing for ultra-pure water below 1 microsiemen.
Produces water with conductivity as low as 0.1 microsiemens in mixed-bed configuration.
Resin beds are regenerated using HCl acid and NaOH caustic, restoring full capacity.
Strong base anion resin effectively removes reactive silica to protect high-pressure boilers.
Built-in conductivity meters and flow meters for real-time water quality monitoring.
Designed based on raw water analysis with optional degasser tower for CO2 removal.
